Monocouche
Is a thick, decorative, and protective exterior coating for buildings that's applied in a single layer. A dry mix of polymer-modified cement that's mixed with water before application.
Relatively cheap and easy to apply. Durable, low maintenance, weather and algae resistant and energy efficient. Available in various colours.

Lime
Is a natural, breathable, and sustainable coating made from lime, sand, and water. It is porous, allowing moisture to be collected and evaporated, which helps prevent damp and other issues. It's also flexible enough to accommodate minor structural movements without cracking.
It is a popular choice for protecting and restoring historic buildings. It can be used as an external coating, interior finish, or decorative element.

Mineral
Is an exterior wall finishing material made primarily from natural mineral ingredients like sand, cement, and lime. It differs from synthetic renders as it's breathable, fire-resistant, and can withstand various weather conditions.
Traditional thick layer plasters. The binding agent is gypsum, hydrated lime, hydraulic lime, potassium water glass or cement. Depending on the binder and the proportions in which it is used, the mortar is white or gray in colour, often non-uniform, and requires painting.

Silicone
Silicone render has a greater resistance to high temperatures. It imparts a high degree of water repellency to the render system that allows for better breathability within the surface. Silicone renders are more durable and reliable than the traditional mixtures. This is especially true when it’s combined with an adhesive base coat and mineral. The average lifespan of silicone rendering is between 25 – 30 years.
It is very flexible and resistant to cracks. It provides a wide range of coloured options, it’s unique combination of such benefits has made it a very popular choice.

Acrylic
Acrylic (a type of plastic) has been added to cement to increase the strength and flexibility of the mixture making it less prone to cracking due to any structural shifting or extremes of weather.
It is easy to apply, and because it can be done using a variety of methods it allows for a wide range of textures and finishes.
It can be applied to many different types of surface. It is quick-drying, strong, durable and flexible. It is available in a variety of colours.

Cement
Is the most traditional and cheapest. It is just a sand and cement mortar mix that it applied to the walls flat. In it’s natural form will dry a cement grey colour. It can be left as it is but it is usually painted to a desired colour.
A colour pigment can be mixed into the mortar before application which will give it a coloured tint. Decorative coatings such as Tyrolean or Highbuild can also be applied to add some extra weather protection and decoration.
